Zetro Services Sdn Bhd believes that an effective Quality System will help us to achieve our Quality Policy in line with our VISION to be a leading contract management and customer relations company in the civil and defence aerospace industry in this region.    It is also a valuable management tool for continual improvement towards customer satisfaction.

The efforts of obtaining the MS ISO9001:2000 certification was first initiated in the year 2002 by the Quality Director. Then only a committee was set up to implement this task. The first step was to conduct awareness and the internal quality audit training. In April 2003, a practical training was conducted in Kuantan for the Internal Quality Auditors.

The Scope of Registration is as follows:   

“ Design, Development, Maintenance and Servicing of Avionics and Ground Electronics Equipment and Systems for the Aerospace Industry.”


The Quality Assurance Department (QAD) emerged from the inspiration of the MD of Zetro Services Sdn Bhd. The QAD was set up in Zetro in March 2003 with a mission that is to pursuit for the application of ISO9001:2000 certification. The activities of the department are to establish the QAD office, carry out Internalt audit exercise at all branches and departments and external audit by SIRIM, liaison with SIRIM and our consultant (Metro Gateway) and last but not least to ensure that Zetro obtains its ISO9001:2000 certification. After the certification is obtained from SIRIM the responsibility of this department lies on the maintaining of the certification. In order to perform such duties stated above, the Quality Director has formed up the workforce for the QAD. The QAD hopes that all family member of Zetro Services Sdn Bhd shall provide their utmost cooperation, devotion and commitment as to ensure that Zetro Services Sdn Bhd obtains its ISO 9001:2000 certification thus to succeed in maintaining it.


We adopts the ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System Requirement as the principle for designing this Quality System.  The extent of this Quality Management System established is based on the nature of our organization, complexity and interaction of the processes and competence of our personnel.  The Top Management of Zetro Services Sdn Bhd fully support and give its fullest commitment in establishing, documenting, implementing, maintaining and ensuring continual improvement of this quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2000 requirements.

(a)     Identify the processes needed for the Quality Management System;
(b)        Determine the sequence and interaction of these processes;
(c)     Determine the criteria and methods required to ensure the effective operation and control of these processes;
(d)         Ensure the availability of information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes;
(e)     Measure, monitor and analyze these processes, and implement actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement.

On 19th September 2003, Zetro Services Sdn Bhd had obtained its MS ISO 9001:2000 certificate (Registration Number : AR2982) and on 14th September 2009 Zetro Services Sdn Bhd had been accredited with MS ISO9001:2008 and IQ Net certificated. This is a worldwide accreditation bestowed upon Zetro Services Sdn Bhd and to be cherished by all Zetro Services Sdn Bhd family. This is just the beginning; there are many years ahead for Zetro Services Sdn Bhd to maintain this valuable award.
